PABBI: District and Sessions Judge Abdur Rauf Khan has ordered a judicial inquiry of a harassment case filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial Finance Secretary Ishfaq Paracha on Saturday for allegedly sexually harassing a girl in his office on June 29.
Madeeha*, a student of FA in a local college from the Nowshera Cantonment filed a case with police. A large number of people were present at the case hearing on the premises of the court.
Madeeha stated she had decided to help her poverty stricken parents by working in a factory after her college was closed for the summer.
On June 19, she appeared for an interview in the Dilta Pharma Factory owned by Paracha, where he selected her for a job in the factory, she said.
On June 29, Paracha asked her to come to his office inside the factory where he offered her a good position and a handsome salary for sexual services, she said.
Madeeha, however, said that she refused to do so, after which Ishfaq closed the office door and tried to sexually harass and rape her. Her hue and cry frightened Ishfaq who then opened the door and let her go to her house.
An FIR was registered at the Risalpur police station on the directives of SHO Haji Muhammad, who after filing the case informed DPO Nowshera Waqar Ahmad and directed him to arrest Ishfaq Paracha.
An official said that it was a serious charge against PTI’s KPK leader and the secretary of Industrial Zone Risalpur Ishfaq Paracha, adding that he could be jailed if the charges against him were proved.
Paracha had earlier been given a clean chit by party leaders in an inquiry.
The victim along with her lawyer Saeed Akhtar Durrani was also present at the hearing.

Sexual scandals are being reported against the the renowned personalities throughout the world & , thus, a PTI leader is not an exception. Only the God Almighty knows," who is who?". Therefore, we should try to hide the wrongdoings of others so that God may hide ours. Amen !

this is a total fake and planted case, the was hired by some PTI members from nowshera district to ruin his reputation due to power and position jealousy. the intersting part of the case is that Mr Paracha was not even present at the office on 29th june, the date of the incident. Secondly the girl was dismissed the the organization a few days before the day of the inicdent. Thirdly no girl on this planet would come on television with full make up after she has been harrassed so any sensible human would know this is all fake. only good for nothing retards who have nothing better to do would sit back at home and throw such comments .. without knowing the truth no one should throw judgements. Also thing what the family is going through after reading such useless base less comment .. My request to the newspaper is you should publish both side storys. this is one side of the story which you published but i was waiting for the other side in todays newspaper but failed to find it in the paper.
relax guys this case is fake i am a witness to it.. this was all plant by some pti members from nowshera district .. lates news the girl has been apoligizing ans asking not to take serious action against her becouse she did all this for money .. the funny bit is the man was not even available at the office on the day of incident .. just by reading one article dont judge the entire situation .. and not ony by hte party but the man has also been declared inoccent by the court ... sittng at home and throwing shitty comments is very easy so you better shut up until and unless you know the truth ..

He guys, so basically if a Muslim commits a crime - its not the individuals fault, but rather of the religion? If a Pakistani in the US decides to assault someone, we as a nation are responsible? Ones individual act can not be blamed to his party or a leadership. We have many proven cases against PPP (Whaeeda Shah) case and PMLN Samina and other Bakery case. So case is in the court let the decision come. Meanwhile PTI leadership should suspend his membership till the court decision comes. We should not blame Imran Khan for this shameless act of hisbonenof the party member.

This is what happens when you start giving tickets electibles. PTI is a party formed accidentally while the wrong deeds of govt and opposition parties served as a catalyst. Absconders and expelled candidates from other parties added to its strength. All except a few members are morally or socially corrupt which is all against their claim of a party designed to bring change. It doesn't mean that other parties' leaders are not corrupt or criminal but they never claim so as well. IK has to live in politics for one more decade to form a party worth potential of bringing change. Evolution is yet to take its place with in party to bring revolution in pak. PTI needs a strict catharsis.
