Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s Balochistan chapter president Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has expressed dissatisfaction over the delay in the formation of provincial cabinet, saying he would talk to Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch on the issue.

“PML-N has acted according to the Murree agreement, and expects the same from the other side,” he said, adding that it was the chief minister’s duty to complete the formation of the cabinet as soon as possible in order to ease the difficulties of the public.

He said this while addressing a news conference to welcome newly elected member of provincial assembly Ghulam Dastgeer Badini into the PML-N fold.

“PML-N has emerged as the largest party in Balochistan and after Punjab, PML-N’s second power base is Balochistan,” Zehri said, adding that the delay in expansion of the cabinet was not due to conflict among the coalition partners.

“We have promised to support the government since the day one,” he maintained.

He said representatives of the people could not be made responsible for the disorder in the province because the cabinet was not yet complete.

“We will deal with the matters, when the allocation of ministries has been finalised,” he said.

“People do not want roads, schools and employments – they want peace. Development will only be possible when there is peace,” he concluded.

Earlier, Ghulam Dastgeer Badini announced that he would join the PML-N and expressed confidence in Nawaz Sharif and Sanaullah Zehri’s leadership.

at least start with making roads and other developmental projects. if people are able to get some work by such projects this can automatically bring down unrest. keep the people busy with their jobs. this wont make them think of doing something bad rather than of any good either. corrupt politicians whom aim is to become powerful and earn and fill their pockets have very limited thinking boundaries.
