Crime: Man booked for ‘assaulting’ girl

MANDRA: A man was booked for allegedly raping a girl at her residence in Mandra on Monday. The victim’s mother lodged a report with the local police that her daughter, Saba* had been sleeping in her room alone when Ashraf*, a local resident, entered the room by climbing the wall and raped her. The police registered a case against the suspect.
