Safari Park: 3-year-old lion dies

LAHORE: A three-year-old African lion died here at the Safari Park on Monday. The park is now left with 12 lions. Safari Park Deputy Director Rana Shahbaz said the animal had been vomiting blood since Sunday evening. Veterinarians had visited him on Sunday and given him some injections. But when the lion keeper visited the animal on Monday, he was dead. He said a postmortem report would reveal cause of death.
