Mohammad Mudassir and Zulfiqar Babar, part of the Pakistan squad to play the Twenty20s against West Indies, claimed three wickets apiece, while leg-spinner Saad Nasim took a solitary scalp.
In reply, Wapda failed to achieve the set target, making 136 for seven in their allotted overs.
Shoaib Nasir made 26, while their key player Sohaib Maqsood was run out on 23.
Meanwhile on Sunday night, Hafiz Asad Baig put an all-round show as HBL thrashed Wapda by 54 runs.
Set a target of 163, Wapda were bundled out for 108 after HBL had managed 162 for four.
