Wildlife: 4 arrested for illegal hunting, released
A pickup vehicle, a rifle, a search light, two knives and 12 slaughtered partridges were seized from them.
BAHAWALPUR:
Four men arrested for illegal hunting were released on Saturday from police custody after paying a fine of Rs110,000. A Wildlife Department special raiding team had arrested Altaf Hussain, Maqsood Ahmad, Abdul Khaliq and Ghulam Hassan near Toba Bhanowala. A pickup vehicle, a rifle, a search light, two knives and 12 slaughtered partridges were seized from them.
