The first position was bagged by Asif Raza of Ever Shine Higher Secondary School, Ranipur, by securing 783 marks while Babar Ali of the same school was declared second with 777 marks. The third position went to Barkat Ali of Model School, Panu Aqil, who scored 771 marks.
The Ever Shine Higher Secondary School continued its good performance as two of the top three positions among girls were also bagged by it with Faiza finishing first (769 marks) and Kainat Manzoor declared third (764 marks).
Roshan Tara Model School’s Ragni secured second position with 766 marks. A total of 44,935 students appeared in the examinations of which 39,675 passed the exam, 4,096 didn’t make the cut while result of 624 students was withheld due to cheating and other reasons. The pass percentage, hence, was 89.37.
The gender wise pass percentage was 87.88 and 92.84 for males and females respectively. According to the grade wise breakup, only 2,475 students ended up with A1 while grade A, B, C, D and E were received by 9,536, 14,005, 10,884, 2,497 and eight students respectively.
In general group, a total of 3,499 students sat for the exam and the pass percentage turned out to be 77.36. No student could secure A-1 or A grade.
