Crime: House robbed; motorcycle lifted

WAH CANTT: A house was robbed and a motorcycle was stolen in separate incidents in Wah Cantt during the last 24 hours. Malik Musadiq lodged a report with the police that five armed robbers barged into his house in Lala Rukh Colony and looted gold ornaments worth Rs2.8 million, Rs200,000 cash, a Kalashnikov and other valuables. Meanwhile, Afaq Ahmed lodged a complaint with the same police that his motorcycle had been stolen from outside his house. The police registered separate cases but no arrests or recoveries had been made till the filing of this report.
