crackdown: Four suspected gamblers arrested

On a tip-off, a police party raided a gambling den on Misrial Road.

RAWALPINDI: The Racecourse police on Wednesday arrested four suspected gamblers and seized Rs17,840 stake money and five mobile phones from their possession.

On a tip-off, a police party raided a gambling den on Misrial Road and arrested Nadeem, Arshad, Rustam and Wasim.

Meanwhile, Allah Ditta lodged a report with the same police that his Mehran (A-7813) had been stolen from the porch of his house in Afshan Colony.
