Gomal university: Student thrashed by class fellows

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Two students allegedly thrashed a class fellow in the Institute of Education and Research at Gomal University’s city campus on Tuesday, according to a Cantt police official.

Speaking to police at District Headquarters Teaching Hospital, Sayed Mehmood Ali Shah said he was sitting in the classroom when Hazrat Ali and Sanaullah, who were sitting at the back of the room, started verbally harassing him. Following this, they allegedly beat Shah with chairs. On his complaint, Cantt police SHO Iqbal Baluch took action and arrested the accused students.
