GUJRANWALA: A man was beaten up by two women on Monday for eve-teasing one of them. He was let go after he apologised holding his ears (to show remorse). Police said the incident occurred at the Civil Hospital’s out-patient department. A woman, waiting in a queue to get a receipt, said the man twice walked past her, his shoulders rubbing against her each time. The third time, she said, he groped her. She then started shouting and grabbed him by the collar. She beat the man with her sandal and her aunt, who was accompanying her, also joined her in beating the man. The women stopped any men who offered to help them deal with him. The man was let go after he apologised.
