JI grabs NA-33 Upper Dir seat

Jamaat-e-Islaami candidate Sahibzada Tariqullah wins with 3,133 votes.

The NA-33 Upper Dir seat was won by Jamaat-e-Islaami (JI) candidate Sahibzada Tariqullah, according to the unofficial results.

Tariqullah received 3,133 votes while his opponent, Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians’ Najamuddin Khan, received 2,352.

In the previous elections of 2008, Najamuddin won the seat.

Possible a typo. It's 31,794 votes to be exact.
