Calling her a “master tactician,” the Women in the World Foundation went on to say that, “Sherry Rehman is known for her eloquence, elegance and diplomatic savvy and no one seems better at calming the stormy relationship between Washington and Islamabad”.
Ambassador Rehman has led Pakistan’s diplomatic outreach in Washington at a challenging time for Pakistan-US relationship, which has seen improvement from an unprecedented low-point in 2011-12.
