Student’s murder: Protesters demand killers’ arrest

The protesters dispersed only after the police assured them the killers would be arrested within 24 hours.

RAWALPINDI: The police on Friday had a hard time reopening Murree Road for traffic after students and family members of a young man, placed his body and blocked the artery, demanding the arrest of two attackers. Moeez Akhter was shot dead in Rahmanabad last night. The protesters dispersed only after the police assured them the killers would be arrested within 24 hours.
