SOUTHAMPTON: England scored 256 runs for the loss of six wickets in the fifth and final one day international at the Rose Bowl on Wednesday.

Eion Morgan top scored for England with 107 runs not out.

Pakistan got off to a good start securing early wickets, but a 93 run stand between Eion Morgan and Paul Collingwood turned the tide in Englands favor.

Pakistan will now have to put up a tough fight batting under lights, as Umer Gul and Shoaib AKhtar ran through England's batting in the last two one day international matches after bowling under lights.

Earlier, England won the toss and elected to bat first.

England have made one change to the team with Luke Wright coming in for Michael Yardy, while Pakistan remain unchanged.

England 1 Andrew Strauss, 2 Steve Davies, 3 Jonathan Trott, 4 Ian Bell, 5 Paul Collingwood, 6 Eoin Morgan, 7 Luke Wright, 8 Tim Bresnan, 9 Stuart Broad, 10 Graeme Swann, 11 James Anderson

Pakistan 1 Kamran Akmal (wk), 2 Mohammad Hafeez, 3 Asad Shafiq, 4 Mohammad Yousuf, 5 Fawad Alam, 6 Umar Akmal, 7 Shahid Afridi (capt), 8 Abdul Razzaq, 9 Umar Gul, 10 Saeed Ajmal, 11 Shoaib Akhtar

The final ODI at the Rose Bowl will mark the end of a long tour for Pakistan that started at the end of June and also saw Pakistan play a ‘home’ Twenty20 and Test series against Australia. Pakistan drew the Test series 1-1 after whitewashing Australia in the two-match Twenty20 series.
