Playing by the rules: Home dept prepares security plan

KARACHI: The home department has prepared a security plan to implement the code of conduct prepared by the election commission to ensure free and fair elections.

The code states that any religious or political party wishing to hold a public gathering or conduct a rally must obtain a no-objection certificate first.

The candidates and their supporters cannot carry weapons.
