Inheritance Fraud: Taseer estate case hearing on 25th

Shaan Taseer alleged Amna Taseer of usurping 72,034,306 shares belonging to him by preparing a bogus proxy form.

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge fixed March 25 for arguments on a petition filed by Shaan Taseer, son of former governor Salmaan Taseer, seeking registration of a case against Amna Taseer for allegedly defrauding him and other heirs out of Rs1.54 billion.

At a previous proceeding, a Gulberg police official had said Taseer had not submitted an application to them.

Shaan Taseer has alleged that Amna Taseer had usurped 72,034,306 shares belonging to him by preparing a bogus proxy form.
