In his letter written to President Asif Ali Zardari on January 27, Bokhari said that the apex court proceedings were putting undue pressure on NAB investigators by trying to influence investigations in different corruption cases.
During today’s proceeding, Bokhari’s counsel raised objections to the bench hearing the case and said that it “has already decided the fate of the case.”
The bench rubbished the claims and concluded that Bokhari will be charged on April 2.
It further said that the letter maligned the entire judiciary and not just one judge.
