Primary schools: Teachers appointed to all vacant seats

A non-formal school will be open in every village where there are 30 children, says EDO.

Science graduates have been appointed to teachers’ vacancies  in primary schools in the district, Executive District Officer (Education) Syed Muhammad Waheeduddin told a delegation from the Kahawar Klan union council at a function at the District Women Resource Centre here on Sunday.


He said the boundary walls and bathrooms of all girls schools in the district had been completed. He said the government was taking steps to ensure teachers’ attendance in schools. He said a non-formal school would be opened in every village where there were 30 children. He assured Chak 23 DA women a non-formal school would be opened in their village. He said a new teacher would be appointed to Chak 19 TDA school.
