Parco Violates Rules: German company awarded contract

The financial volume of the contract is Rs150m annually.

LAHORE: Public sector organisation Parco oil refinery has awarded a large contract relating to the refining of petroleum products, including nitrogen, to a German multinational company without inviting tenders.

According to documents available with Daily Express, Parco has issued the contract of providing nitrogen of the volume of 500 cubic meters per hour.

The financial volume of the contract is Rs150m annually. Owners of local companies have demanded cancellation of the contract.
