Home Secretary R K Singh advises Pakistan’s interior minister to focus on improving conditions of his country’s minorities.
On the occasion of International Women's Day Friday, when asked how his wife Gauri has affected his life, he said: "I now refrain from talking about my personal life so I would not be able to tell you, but it's been a great life."
"I have been married for 21 years and have beautiful children and like any normal family she keeps it all together. So, it's absolutely wonderful. If I say anything more than this, then I feel that I talk a lot about my personal life and then people further discuss it in a wrong way and that hurts me because they are my family," added the 47-year-old.
Shah Rukh and Gauri have two children - son Aryan and daughter Suhana.

I was really hoping that by now he would have recovered his confidence to share his pain with us. But unfortunately such freedom will never come to minorities in India :(

"I've stopped talking about my personal life: " Oh, it must be so hard! None of your forebears ever talked about their personal lives. Men like Ashok Kumar, Dilip Kumar, Kishore Kumar, Devanand, Rehman, Shyam etc. They were an urbane lot and received far more adulation than you ever would.
