Awareness pursuit : Students interact at carnival

LAHORE: Hundreds of students attended the WWF-Pakistan Nature Carnival here on Sunday. The carnival was organised to create awareness about issues like deforestation, endangered wildlife, climate change, alternative energy resources, marine wildlife conservation, water quality and quantity. The participants presented 3D models, gave speeches and staged short plays and mimes. Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rahman, the education minister, was the chief guest and gave away prizes.
