Urban traveling: LTC makes 33 routes operational

Four bus depots on approximately 150 kanals at Green Town and city railway station have been transferred to the LTC.

The Lahore Transport Company has made over 33 bus routes operational in the metropolis. Four bus depots on approximately 150 kanals at Green Town and city railway station have been transferred to the LTC. The depots will provide parking facilities for hundreds of buses.


Lahore Transport Company Chairman Khawaja Ahmed Hassaan said this while presiding over a meeting held to review LTC initiatives here on Saturday.

The meeting was informed that that the LTC had connected various localities in the city and its suburbs through state-of-the-art buses which were plying from RA Bazaar to Chauburji, from General Bus Stand to Maraka and Jallo and Wagha, from city railway station to Defence, from General Bus Stand to Airport, from city railway station to NFC Housing Scheme and Green Town, from General Bus Stand to Chungi Amer Sidhu, from Azadi Chowk to RA Bazaar, from RA Bazaar to Bagrian and Green Town, from General Bus Stand to Social Welfare Society, from railway station to Jallo Pind, from Old Ravi Pul to Gulberg’s Main Market, from Niazi Chowk to Bagrian, from city railway station to Sheikhupura, from Jallo Mor to Thokar Niaz Beg, from RA Bazaar to Thokar Niaz Beg, from Wagha to Qainchi, from Allama Iqbal Airport to Model Town, from city railway station to Township, from Daroghawala to Ghazi Chowk, from railway station to Muridke, Liaqatabad, Altaf Colony, Pepsi Factory and Kamoke, from Gajjumata to Kasur, from General Bus Stand to Gajjumata, from city railway station to Sheikhupura and from Thokar Niaz Beg to Chunian.
