The Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) will hold its 13th Biennial Provincial (Sindh) Convention from March 22 to March 23, at Sukkur.
PIMA Sindh president Dr Abdul Majeed Memon has invited general practitioners and young doctors from the province to attend the two-day programme.
The career guidance workshop will also be conducted on March 23 under the chairmanship of Ghulam Muhammad College principal Prof. Dr Abrar Shaikh. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss how young medics can plan to be a successful delivery- oriented doctors for the community, said Dr Memon.
During the workshop, a team of professors from different medical colleges of the province will discuss, and guide the participants about planning for the Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons and Membership of the Royal College of Physicians, Diploma Member of College of Physicians and Surgeons, Master of Public Health, MPhil, PhD, and United States Medical Licensing Examination.
