Police arrests 3 drug dealers from Orangi

Security forces raid a drug seller base, confiscate weapons and drugs during a targeted operation.

KARACHI: Karachi police arrested three drug dealers from Orangi town during a targeted operation on Wednesday night,  Express News reported.

They conducted an hour long targeted operation in Bukhari colony and MPR colony in Orangi Town.

When police reached MPR colony, criminals had set up road blocks on the road to stop them. While police were trying to remove the hurdles, the criminals opened fire.

Police launched a counter attack and were able to arrest three drug dealers during a raid in the colony where a major drug dealer named Qasim was based.

They confiscated weapons, drugs and narcotics during the operation. The three arrested criminals have been detained in Pir Abad police station for questioning.

In another development,  police found a dead body which has not yet been identified. According to police, the victim had been first tortured and then murdered.
