The University of Lahore (UoL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tambov State Technical University (TSTU) of Russia.

The Lahore varsity pro-rector (academics) Prof Nasir Mahmood and Prof Elena Mischenko, the vice-rector for International Relations at the Russian University, signed the agreement on Tuesday. The universities agreed to encourage exchange of scholars, academic staff and students in exhibitions, lectures, conferences, symposia and workshops. The varsities will also introduce joint degree programmes and promote joint research.
