Opposition leader in the Senate Ishaq Dar said on Sunday that his Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz party will not comply with any deal between Dr Tahirul Qadri and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)- led coalition government.


The constitutional term of Punjab Assembly will end on April 18 this year. However, according to a deal between the PPP and Dr Tahirul Qadri, all assemblies are to be dissolved on March 16.

Dar was talking to the media after inauguration of an expansion project of Data Darbar Hospital in Lahore.

Furthermore, the senator said that the bill asking for the carving of Bahawalpur Janoobi Punjab was simply a political stunt by the ruling party, and that the key opposition present two bills pertaining to three provinces – Hazara, Bahawalpur and South Punjab – to counter PPP’s demand.
