MULTAN:

Kamran Faisal’s family has refused to allow the digging up of his grave for fear that all evidence regarding the cause of his death will be wiped out.

“I will not allow the digging of grave of my son and nobody should ask me to do so anymore,” said Faisal’s aggrieved father.  He said that an application had been submitted to the chief justice of Pakistan to the effect that inquiries may only be carried out upon the family’s consent.

He said that we had submitted an application to the chief justice of Pakistan for launching inquiries according to the grieving family’s will. “We do not want the autopsy from the same doctors and from the same investigative team.  We will go to the Supreme Court if an autopsy is conducted without our permission and knowledge,” said Faisal’s father.
