Sanders was caught in a highly-publicised cheating scandal almost six months ago with actor Kristen Stewart while shooting for movie, Snow White and The Huntsman, reports dailymail.co.uk. According to TMZ, Ross finally filed for divorce from Sanders in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday.
Ross and Sanders went to a shrink a number of times to resolve their issues but it just wasn’t meant to be. The couple has two children, ages five and seven.
Ross has demanded joint custody of both kids and has also asked for spousal support as well as attorney’s fees. In response, Sanders has also asked for children’s joint custody and wants to share half the attorney’s fees with Ross, reports TMZ.
