After two impressive back-to-back wins in the ongoing One-Day International (ODI) series against England, India would be aiming to claim the series in the fourth match today at Mohali, according to The Times of India.

An excellent performance by  young bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Shami Ahmed and the return to form of top-order batsman Virat Kohli has considerably bolstered the hosts’ confidence.

Kohli scored an unbeaten 77 in the last match at Ranchi and hopes he can deliver again today.

“You just got to be composed. You just know that it is going to happen at some point or the other (return to form),” he said. “Hopefully, I’ll try to maintain that and do it consistently.”

Meanwhile, England captain Alastair Cook believes his team has enough potential to fight back and equalise the series today.

“We’ve got some quality players in our dressing room who can, on their day, win games for England,” said Cook. “If we want to win we need to stand up and deliver.”
