Bank Of Punjab: NAB arrests loan defaulters
The bureau chairman has called for an inquiry into the conduct of the company and its directors.
LAHORE:
NAB Punjab has arrested Javed Iqbal and Abdul Hameed, directors of Pak Hero Industries, for defaulting on a loan of Rs483.399 million extended by The Bank of Punjab. According to a press release, Pak Hero Industries has been a defaulter since 2008 and the State Bank of Pakistan, on a complaint of The Bank of Punjab, has filed a reference against the company and its directors with the NAB chairman. The bureau chairman has called for an inquiry into the conduct of the company and its directors.
