Archive preservation: Workshop on repairing paintings
During the training, participants will be practically implementing the process on old manuscripts and letter.

To restore national treasures such as damaged paintings by famous artists and manuscripts, the PNCA is holding a two-week workshop to train participants in the process of archive preservation.
During the training, participants will also be practically implementing the process on old manuscripts and letters, sketches and drawings by Sadequain and even pages from the Quran that have been wrinkled and damaged with time.
Irshad Ahmed, who works with the National Archives, most of the material involved requires repairs due to damage by termites and moths.
