ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has finalised the party’s strategy for electioneering and it has been decided that the party would launch an election drive within the next few weeks.

“Keeping in view the political activity in the country, the party has decided to launch its election campaign in all the four provinces. Party president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has asked all the provincial presidents to make arrangements in this regard,” a PML-Q leader who attended the party’s meeting said.

He added that under the strategy, the PML-Q president and Secretary-General Mushahid Hussain Sayed would address public meetings in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan while Deputy Prime Minister Pervaiz Elahi would arrange party’s public meetings in Punjab, especially in Lahore.
