‘Save state, avoid politics’: Rallies organised ahead of Dr Qadri’s arrival

Motorcycle rallies and marches held in five towns and cities.

The Tehreek-i-Minhajul Quran (TMQ) and the Mustafvi Students Movement (MSM) on Sunday organised motorcycle rallies in various cities and towns ahead of the arrival of Dr Mohammad Tahirul Qadri in the country.

Addressing rallies in Sialkot and Daska, Daska TMQ President Mohammad Aslam Qadri, Nazimullah Rakha Qadri, Safdar Ali Butt, Afzaal Ahmed Qadri and Qari Amir Raza Qadri said the arrival of Dr Qadri would prove to be a milestone for a “Mustafvi revolution” in the country. They said the nation could progress only by following Dr Qadri’s slogan – save the state, avoid politics.

The main rally started from Government Degree College Chowk and ended at Kutchery Chowk after passing through College Road, Milad Chowk, Kutchery Road, Civil Chowk, Circular Road and Sambrial Road.

The rally participants were carried banners, placards and posters. Horses also danced to drum beats. Wazirabad MSM President Ismail Inam led a rally in the district.

The rally started from Maulana Zafar Ali Khan Chowk and ended at Lahori Gate. Hafiz Qamaruzzaman, Rizwan Ahmed Qazi, Qasim Abbas Cheema, Javed Cheema, Mohammad Tariq Saleemi, Zahid Mahmood Mustafa, Allama Rahat Mustafa, Hafiz Abu Bakr, Mohammad Nabeel Qadri, Moazzam Nawaz, Mohammad Saleem Ziaee and Sibtain Ali participated in the rally.

In Dhonkal, a rally was held from Circular Road to Ahmed Nagar Adda. In Kamoke, TMQ Vice President Mahmoodul Hasan Shah, Chief Organiser Ejaz Ahmed Sindhu and Kamoke TMQ President Mohammad Saleem Qadri addressed a rally.

Whole world has success story. Keep religion separate from politics and state affairs. Seemingly well educated scholar should know it. If does not know let him try shall face the same fate as was with religious scholars in the past.

Dr Qadri is a learned scholar and talks sense. His prediction that therer is no way that elctions will lead to change of government holds weight I hope the like-minded sit together and chart out a strtaegy to get rid of the incompetent government
