The awards, celebrating the achievements of South Asians from across the world and the UAE in particular; in the fields of arts, education, philanthropy and business, were held in Dubai last week.
However, the designers were not present at the ceremony thus Frieha Altaf received the coveted accolade on their behalf; it was presented by Sophie Choudry.
This was not the first time the duo was nominated in the best designer of the year category, but the second. And for this achievement, we congratulate SanaSafinaz for a much deserved win!
