CJ Assassination Plot: IO summoned again for Dec 6
The court summoned the IO again and adjourned for December 6.
Special Central Court Judge Farooq Altaf on Tuesday summoned an FIA investigation officer while hearing the bail pleas of four men accused of preparing a false intelligence report regarding a plot to murder former LHC Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif.
Earlier, the court had summoned the IO but he did not appear on Tuesday. The court summoned the IO again and adjourned for December 6.
The CM’s former principal secretary Tauqeer Shah and Staff Officer Talha Barki, also co-accused, were granted bails earlier in the same case.
