Pakistan’s top cueist Muhammad Asif continued his unbeaten run in the IBSF World Snooker Championship by thrashing Canada’s Fabian Louison 4-0 in his third round-robin match in Bulgaria.
Asif eased through the match 67-31, 81-28, 78-08 and 71-18. In his first two matches, Asif had beaten Afghanistan’s Nadir Khan Sultani and 4-1 and got the better of France’s Ahmed Benraïssi 4-0.
Meanwhile, compatriot Asjad Iqbal has been on song as well in the event by registering victories in both his matches. Iqbal started his campaign with a 4-1 win against Bulgaria’s Nikola Kemilev before defeating Austria’s Sebastian Hainzl 4-2 in his second outing.
