PIA: Post-Hajj operation concludes Nov 29

LAHORE: The PIA post-Hajj operation continues with 60,521 Hajis already having travelled back to Pakistan through 143 flights, a PIA spokesman said on Thursday. The spokesman said that the airline had brought back 8,753 Hajis to Karachi through 18 post-Hajj flights, 11,496 Hajis to Islamabad through 23 flights, 10,038 Hajis to Lahore through 20 flights and 10,836 Hajis to Peshawar through 33 post-Hajj flights. PIA carried back 9,397 Hajis to Quetta by 29 post-Hajj flights, 6,510 Hajis to Multan by 13 flights and 3,491 Hajis to Sialkot by 7 post-Hajj flights. The post-Hajj operation will conclude on November 29, 2012, he said.
