Complain only if you pay bills: KWSB

KARACHI: If you want to lodge a complaint with the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB), you will have to pay your bill first and take a copy of the receipt along with you. The water board will only register people’s complaints if they show a copy of the paid bill. KWSB made this decision during a meeting headed by its managing director, Misbahuddin Fareed. The officials said consumers were not paying their bills on time and that this was causing the water board huge financial setbacks.
