Cricket: Ahsaan strikes another ton

Pakistan U19 defeats Taimuria Sports by 170 runs.

KARACHI: Pakistan U19 batsman Ahsaan Ali continued his prolific form in club cricket, hitting another century as Alamgir Gymkhana defeated Taimuria Sports by a mammoth 170-run margin to qualify for the semi-finals of the KCCA Zone-VI ‘A’ Division League.

Batting first, Gymkhana were bowled out for 265 as Ahsan hammered 122 off 103 balls. In reply, Taimuria were bundled out for 95 as Muhammad Imran picked up four scalps.

In another match, Waqas Haroon made 133 and took three wickets to guide Northern Gymkhana to a convincing 97-run win against Asghar Ali Shah CC and book their place in the last-four.
