Crime: Bank official shot at by defaulter

ISLAMABAD: The Sabzi Mandi police arrested a man suspected for opening fire on a bank official on Friday. According to police officials, Abdul Rahim was arrested for allegedly injuring Asif Mehmood Mughal by shooting at him. They said Rahim was a defaulter and was using a leased car (NY-491) without paying instalments. On Friday evening, when Mughal approached him to recover the vehicle, Rahim allegedly opened fire on him. He was taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences for medical care. A case has been registered against the suspect.
