Laws are promulgated to ensure better discipline not only in the society but also on an individual level.

This was said by Islamabad High Court’s Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi at the certificate awarding ceremony of one–week training course titled “Case and Court Management and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights ( IPRS) Laws in Pakistan” on Saturday.

Participants of the course, that took place at the Federal Judicial Academy, comprised civil judges hailing from all over Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
