The department of youth affairs and the Arts Council will organise the third youth festival from November 12 till November 16. Competitions will be held in eight different categories and cash prizes will be given to winners.
The minister for youth affairs, Faisal Subzwari, said that the festival will provide a platform for youngsters to exhibit their talents. Forms for the debates, handicrafts, textiles, fashion designing and singing competitions have to be submitted by November 8 while those for painting, letter writing, short films and photography can be submitted till November 9.
