MALIKWAL: Over 80,000 citizens are forced to drink contaminated water as there is only one water filtration plant in the entire town. According to a recent survey, the contaminated water is causing hepatitis and stomach ailments among citizens. When contacted, Town Municipal Officer Ashfaque Waraich told The Express Tribune that there were no funds for a potable water supply project.
