Accident: SHO suspended for not taking action

MULTAN: The Cantonment station house officer (SHO) was suspended on Tuesday for not taking action on a complaint filed by the family of a two-year-old who died after being injured by a kite string. Later, the police arrested four men on charges of manufacturing and selling kite sting. The boy, Subhan, was injured two days go while riding a motorcycle with his uncle near Chungi No 1. The family had filed a complaint with the Cantt police, but no action was taken so far. On Tuesday, City Police Officer Amir Zulfiqar suspended SHO Nasrullah for not taking action on the complaint.
