Get the look: Front row fabulous!

Meher Tareen is bringing sexy back with black! The publishing editor of Paper magazine showed up at PFDC L’Oreal Bridal Week in Lahore looking comfortably chic. With a bright, peachy smile and those smoking hot tights, Tareen gets a perfect 10 on our style-o-meter.

Hair

Meher went for the casual look and styled her hair without spending too much time on it. To get her look, part your hair in the middle and pin it up from both sides from where the eye brows end, leaving down enough hair as a back drop for your funky earrings.

Make-up

Tareen looks stunning with just thick black eyeliner. Her feather earrings contrast well with her bright peach lipstick. Use black Catwalk eyeliner by Luscious cosmetics (Rs675) and MAC’s Bombshell (Rs1,700) for the sultry peach lips. For spicy red nails like hers, make sure to paint them using Revlon’s All Fired Up (Rs700).

Accessories

Tareen wore indigo feather earrings, a bunch of chunky bracelets and a cocktail ring. You can get a cheaper version of all the similar sparkly stuff. Buy local — think global! A local accessory store will definitely carry bracelets and rings (around Rs500). At Accessorize, you can get feather earrings and similar watches (Rs1,500). Get sequined bag from Sidrah Nasir’s new handbag collection (around Rs4,000) or something cheaper at Mango.

Outfit

Wearing a Markus Lupfer Smacker Tee and shiny black tights, Tareen looks classy and comfy. She’s dressed up her look with shiny and fun accessories matching her funky heels and her glitzy Prada purse. For a similar look, search through racks at Mantra, Mango, or Fifth Avenue for a smooch shirt and pair it up with black tights. (Rs3,000)

Shoes

Tareen’s eccentric Charlotte Olympia for Matthew Williamson heels added inches to her legs — and looked sexy as hell! Get a pair of funky and colourful heels from either Nine West or Mango (Rs8,000) or go for a local high street brand (Rs2,000).
