Condemnation: ‘Attacks cannot terrify party leaders’

Sharjeel Memon says such dastardly acts cannot terrify the leaders and workers of Pakistan Peoples Party.

KARACHI: Sindh’s Minister for Information Sharjeel Inam Memon has vehemently condemned attacks on members of Sindh Assembly and PPP leaders.

In a statement here on Tuesday, he said that such dastardly acts cannot terrify the leaders and workers of Pakistan Peoples Party. Sharjeel added the attacks were part of a conspiracy and were against the traditions of Sindh.

“We don’t want to fight against anyone, but our gentleness should not be taken as a weakness”. He said if certain people had objection regarding the local bodies bill, they should convey their objections to the government though dialogue.
