Landmine explosion: Three FC personnel injured in blast
The mines had been planted near the border by forces for security purposes.

Three paramilitary personnel were injured when a landmine exploded in Baizai tehsil of Mohmand Agency on Wednesday. Officials said that three men from the Frontier Corps (FC) were walking in a mountainous area near the Gorapari checkpoint on the Pak-Afghan border, when the incident occurred. The mines had been planted near the border by forces for security purposes. The area has no roads and troops usually walk through the area. Officials said the injured were taken to Mohmand Rifle Headquarters Hospital in Ghallanai and later shifted to the Combined Military Hospital in Peshawar.
