Balochistan unrest: Two die in shooting incidents

According to the police Levies constable Mujeebur Rehman was shot during a fight between him and a jeweller.

Two people were killed and another wounded in two separate incidents of firing in Quetta and Turbat. Separately, a body was recovered from industrial area of Hub.


According to the police Levies constable Mujeebur Rehman was shot during a fight between him and a jeweller in the Liaquat Bazar of Quetta.

The owner of the shop, identified as Abdul Khaliq, sustained injuries in the incident.

The injured and the body were shifted to the Civil Hospital.

In another incident of violence, a person was shot dead in Turbat town. The deceased, identified as Muhammad Murad, was shot after unidentified men opened fire on him in the Turbat Bazaar. The police acting on a tip-off recovered the corpse of a boy.

The body was taken to the hospital however the identity of the boy could not be determined.
