Get the look: Fall hues

Kalki Koechlin looked flirty and feminine at Vogue India’s fifth anniversary bash. The Bollywood actor of French decent endorsed her favourite designer Nimish Shah’s midi dress at the event.

Make-up

The gorgeous actor outlined her big brown peepers with eye liner and topped it off with lots of mascara. She kept her face fresh and natural and highlighted her cheekbones with a peach blush-on. Hair

Kalki kept her brown hair up to beat the heat and look elegant on the red carpet. To get this look, part your hair down the middle and secure it back into a high bun with loose hair hanging at the sides. Don’t forget the hairspray or loose strands will tumble out of the bun in no time. This look is great to complement a round face and will need product for hold and shine.

Accessories

Kalki kept her jewellery minimal, with just a pair of black triangle drop earrings, a leather strap watch on one wrist and a thin gold bracelet on the other. She jazzed up her outfit with an over-sized black clutch. Get your hands on similar earrings at Accessorize (for Rs2,000) and head over to Debenhams for a black clutch (for Rs2,500).

Outfit

The 29-year-old kept the look simple yet classy in a printed and pleated dress from Nimish’s latest collection. Rummage through the racks of brands like Mango, Debenhams and Mantra for something similar (around Rs4,000).

Shoes

She completed her look with black suede platform pumps. For a similar pair, make a trip to Nine West and get your hands on a high heeled pair (for Rs8,000) or try Vincci or Charles and Keith for something around Rs5,000.
